The service is below standard for a 4/5-star hotel, though the staff are fluent in English and attentive to requests.

Although the room could use some air freshener to improve the scent, the overall comfort and amenities are impressive. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to assist, making the stay pleasant and welcoming.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, smart, and comfortable, with ultra-modern bathrooms that had heated seats and warm cleaning and drying capabilities. The check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the fruit plate and bottled water waiting for me. However, the location was a bit disappointing, being fine yet about a 10-minute walk from the heart of the old city.
